RULES FOR AUTHORS

• The papers are published in the journal free of charge.
• All papers are sent out for review.
• The paper submitted for publication shall correspond to the topics of the journal, be an original scientific research or an independent analytical review, contain new scientific results or grounded innovative conclusions that have not been published anywhere before and are not submitted simultaneously for publication in elsewhere.
• The paper shall be prepared in full compliance with the requirements for the content and format of thereof and submitted along with a set of accompanying documents in the manner set forth in the rules for submitting articles.
• The editors reserve the right to reject without review the papers that do not cor-respond to the topics of the journal or are formatted in violation of the rules.
• In case of rejection of the work, the submitted materials are not returned to the authors.
