The coefficient has been determined of nickel’s biological absorption in dependence of different de-gree of soil’s contamination. The dependences have been found between nickel concentration in soil and winter wheat productivity.

The contents of heavy metals – W, Mo, Fe, Cu and Zn – in water, soil, plants, organs and tissues of Apodemus uralensis Pal. in the territory of Tyrnyauz integrated wolfram- and- molybdenum works have been studied. Compared to the background, higher concentrations of Mo, Fe in water, W and Mo in soil, W, Mo, Cu and Zn in plants produce W and Mo accumulation in liver and kidneys of impact mice (males), and cause disruptions of relationship and correlations of heavy metals, and morphophysiological changes in internals (plausible differences in absolute and relative values of a number of parameters).

The results are shown of monitoring investigations of Anapa atmosphere air. The natural-climatic conditions of the region have been regarded. The maximum-one-moment, average-day and seasonal concentrations are analyzed of the main contaminants of the atmosphere, such as carbon oxide, nitrogen oxides, sulphur dioxide, weighed compounds and saturated hydrocarbons.

The results have been analyzed of long-term investigations of taxonomical composition and number of populations of soil’s organisms on the fields of crops rotation of the steppe zone of the Krasnodar region. 18 taxons of soil’s invertebrates have been marked out. Fluctuation of their number according to the year seasons has been established. It has been analyzed an impact of human’s economical activity on populations’ number.
