A new model for quantitative evaluation of the process of water vapor sorption in soil physical systems based on the van der Waals forces is developed . Model adequately describes the experimental data of the sorption isotherms of water vapor over the entire range of variation of parameters, including the area of capillary condensation and moisture film. On its basis, a method of evaluation of the specific surface area of the particles, which was first seen as a dynamic indicator that changes its meaning in the process of interfacial interactions in the hetero porous objects.

Integrated ecological monitoring of content of heavy metals (HM) on the area of 8 thousand hectares in JSC "Zavety Il’icha" of Leningradsky district of Krasnodar region in the implementation of rotation of grains and row crops has revealed contamination of HM and established their uneven distribution depending on the specifics human impact. The first time in the conditions of agrolandscape made a detailed analysis data of ecological monitoring by high-priority pollutants: zinc, lead, cadmium, cobalt, manganese, copper, nickel. Obtained results are different scientific novelty, in particular the study of the processes of accumulation and distribution of heavy metals in natural conditions and evaluation of regression models of accumulation total content and mobile forms of heavy metals. Specificity of the spatial and temporal distribution of HM in the agricultural landscape, taking into account technological methods of growing crops is established.

The correlation between content of heavy metals (Zn, Pb, Cd, Co, Mn, Cu, Ni) in the soils of agricultural landscape of JSC "Zavety Il’icha" of Leningradsky district of Krasnodar region with agrophysical and agrochemical properties of soils is established. Strength of links between indicators content of heavy metal in soil and content of humus, physical clay, nitrogen-containing elements and phosphate was established based on regression analysis.

The contemporary problems of degradation of soils what using for growing crops are described in this article. The main problem is the decline in soil fertility by exclusion of nutrients of humus with crop. A new method of restoring soil fertility, application of vermicompost is proposed in article. Results validation of fertilizers on chemical analysis, impact on the content of humus in the soil and crop yields are given.

Features of development of cereals of the Republic of Mordovia are considered: rhythm of development of cereals in natural conditions and on seeded land, feature of formation of a sheet surface, feature of development of kidneys of renewal, rhythm of vegetative and generative phases, duration of active vegetation and rest. Features of development of  cereals are defined and their classifications   the rhythm of development. The new systems of schedules reflecting a rhythm of seasonal development of cereals are created.

Different methods of introduction of plants used for the introduction of new taxa in the culture out of different climatic conditions are analyzed. The most known methods of introduction what developed both in our country and abroad are discussed. Fundamental approach to the introduction of plants is theoretical developments N.I. Vavilov (1935). The work of his followers – Maleev, Rusanov, Selyaninov, Kultiasova and others - have substantially broadened understanding about introduction of plants as about most important method of expansion their species composition in a given area.
