Fusion  is a common process, resulting in adverse physical and technological properties of black soils. Until now, there is no single point of view on the genesis of this phenomenon, although a priori clear that it is based on the physico-chemical mechanisms of interaction between solid particles and soil moisture in the cycles of swelling and shrinkage. The paper quantitatively considers regularities of dynamics of main categories of the pore space, depending on the moisture content of the various genetic horizons of fused Ciscaucasian chernozem (Belorechensk) compared with the unfused ordinary chernozem. The research uses the original structure diagram of the pore space as the specific volumes of the various categories of pores function of soil moisture. They are based on experimental data on the texture porosity of aggregates depending on the moisture content obtained by the original method of saturation of individual aggregates of the nonpolar liquid (toluene) with hot steam humidification. To assess the fusion degree the original approach and criteria system of P.N. Berezin (Lomonosov MSU) is applied. On the background of relatively small changes in the profile, revealed significant differences between the values of pore volume in the fusion and unfused chernozems, and primarily in their texture (aggregate) porosity, which decreases under the fusion influence more than doubled. In turn, this causes adverse technological properties of fused chernozems, their blocky fragmentation during drying and large cracks formation complicating mechanical treatment such soils and agriculture in general.

On the basis of analysis of seasonal dynamics of the most important hydrochemical indexes, which satisfied to the renewal possibilities of water ekosystem, the considerable exceeding of permissible norms was found out on the phosphate contents and values of permanganic oxidation in water of the Zaporozhian Reservoir near industrial center of Dnepropetrovsk. Concentrations of nitrogenic components were found at the permissible level with account of their natural seasonal variations. On the whole, the ecological estimation of water quality in the Zaporozhian Reservoir on basic hydrochemical indexes allows to deliver it to the III class, 5 category (moderately contaminated water).

In this work results of ranging of the territory of the area of falling (AF) 226 on the basis of the system of criteria of ecological stability (SCES) are presented. The conclusion is drawn on a satisfactory condition of natural system at which technogenic impact on environment doesn't exceed a permissible load. It is shown that the central part of AF 226 (38% of total area) is in a zone of intensive influence from the missile and space equipment. The greatest density of falling of fragments of the first step is "Zenith" the share of sites with the soils unstable to mechanical influence, with soil micro flora and the vegetation sensitive to influence of hydro carbonic rocket fuel and to ignitions.

The results of five years of research on the influence of compound compost on agrophysical, chemical and biological parameters of the ordinary chernozem in the conditions of the Leningrad region of Krasnodar territory are presented in the article. At of compound compost were included manure of cattle, wastes of chemical industry – phosphogypsum and post-harvest residues various agricultural crops. Increased percentage of agronomically valuable aggregates and soil structuring coefficient in average on 7-9% compared to control marked when using of compound compost. Optimization of soil structure has contributed to improved of aqueousair properties of ordinary chernozem, which was manifested in the reduction of soil density 0,11 g / cm3, increasing the field moisture by 6,5% and moisture capacity by 18.1%. Positive impact on the agrochemical characteristics of the top layer (0-20 cm) chernozem ordinary is revealed. The total number of microorganisms and diversity taxonomic composition of mezofauna with the introduction of compound compost are increased. A significant increase in grain yield of winter wheat with application compound compost (increase was 6,0 kg / ha (9,8%) compared to the control) was observed in all the years of research.

White phosphorus undergoes metabolic oxidation to water-soluble products – hypophosphite and phosphate, as is established by 31Р NMR method. Further metabolism of these compounds should result in harmless phosphate formation, what opens perspectives for practical application of this method. In our previous works we have for the first time obtained the cultures of microorganisms, developing resistance to white phosphorus. At that the attention was mainly paid to Р4 mass concentration 0.01%, since just at that concentration white phosphorus undergoes biodegradation. We have also observed microorganisms in substrata with even higher concentration of white phosphorus, however they have not been characterized. In the present work we isolated and characterized bacteria from wastewater with white phosphorus mass content 0.1%. Sulfate reducers, being pure anaerobics, were shown to be strongly suppressed by white phosphorus compared to less specialized microorganisms. Sulphatereducers, being strict anaerobes, are shown to be suppressed by white phosphorus stronger than less specialized microorganisms. Inoculation of stable bacteria on synthetic medium, containing white phosphorus as a unique source of phosphorus, has demonstrated the possibility of their growth in such conditions. Obviously, bacteria consume dissolved products of white phosphorus oxidation (phosphate, phosphate and hypophosphite) and thus shift chemical equilibrium towards its further oxidation. It noticeably accelerates the process of white phosphorus detoxification. The nature and contents of the white phosphorus oxidation products have been studied by 31Р NMR method.

Functional sustainability of soil cover of agricultural landscapes determined by complex environmental factors that have an impact on their physical, chemical and biological properties. Major impact on the sustainability of soil cover provides of complicated compost, including organic waste and mineral origin. Wastes are different most diverse composition, complex information and quantitative and qualitative properties that related with each other and any change in one of them renders concomitant effect on the change in the other. Among the factors influencing the functional stability of soil cover in the rotation are complicated compost, the duration of the active influence of which 5-6 years, mixed crops of diverse cultures that are different ecological properties, and the creation of forest belts bordering the area of crop rotation.
