For detecting density compensation effect (DCE) in subalpine and alpine plant communities of West Caucasus the relationship between number and mean frequency of species in plots 15(16) m2 were analyzed. The results demonstrated that 1) extreme environmental conditions itself can not be a reason DCE, at least once, on local scale; 2) the anthropogenic transformation of natural subalpine plant communities in grazed-over area has not caused broad spreading the compensation processes; 3) relatively high mean frequency of species exist mainly in isolated plant communities.

Krasnodar region different variety landscape systems  - from wetlands in the western part to the mixed and coniferous forest, characteristic of the south-east and southern mountainous areas of the region and bordering the Black Sea coast. Diversity of natural landscapes edge has identified diversity of plant formations, water systems, soil cover, as well as specificity the air basin area. Landscape of the region, especially its northern zone heavily modified by man in connection with its complete plowing with purpose of cultivating grain crops, especially maize and wheat. Zoning of territory edge in order to optimize its use reveals a number of characteristics peculiar to vegetation and soil cover natural and economic systems. Ecological condition of the components of landscapes  of steppe zone Kuban is analyzed, the causes of the most important problems of their development are identified, and optimal corrective measures are offered.

The problem of surface water quality affects all areas of the national economy and is closely connected with fisheries activities. In the article represented sanitary and ecological water characteristics by ravine ponds and small reservoirs of Dnepropetrovsk region, according to water bodies classified as moderately polluted α-and β-mesosaprobic category. Hydrochemical indices the investigated reservoirs correspond fisheries standards and are suitable for high-grade fish farming.

Utilization of industrial and agricultural wastes is classified in one of the most acute problems of agro ecology. Wastes of electrolamp industry contain significant amounts of molybdenum. Test data of industrial wastes from plant "Pobedit" the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania by study of productivity pea on green mass are presented. Addition to the soil of 10% wastes with contain molybdenum 3-4%  provides in admixture with bird droppings increase yield of green mass on 31%. In embodiments with using a molybdenum-containing waste vegetative mass pea had a favorable chemical composition. Adding waste of plant in sod-podzolic soil in combination with mineral fertilizers or bird droppings improved its acidic properties, increased availability of mobile compounds of phosphorus and potassium.

Methods to reduce the losses of biogenic elements during compost mixtures biofermentation of litter and litter the field of land with different sorbents: peat, clay, zeolite, phosphogypsum were studied. Good sorbents of ammonia are peat, clay, zeolite. Data on agrochemical characteristics of components and initial mixture for biofermentation, and ready mixes at variants of the experiment, and the data of microbiological examinations are given. For the best preservation biogenic elements in organic fertilizers and soils advisable to introduce into the initial mixture peat and some of the clay to create organic-complex and the formation of aggregates with beneficial microorganisms that have a depressing effect on the growth of pathogenic microorganisms.

Motor vehicles are a major source of of environmental pollution in big cities due to the rapid growth of the vehicle fleet. Species of woody plants near highways are exposed to impact of pollutant emissions from vehicles. For three years (2010-2012) comparative analysis of thiol group’s and protein content in Tilia cordata Mill. and Betula pendula Roth leaf under motor traffic pollution was carried out. It was showed that thiol group content in leaf of T. cordata was higher as compared with B. рendula, and protein content, in contrast, was higher in B. рendula. In most cases, low and middle level motor traffic load caused an increase the total protein content in leaf of the studied species. At the same time motor traffic pollution caused an increase or a decrease in thiol group’s content in T. cordata and B.  pendula leaf as compared with control level.

Secondary technogenic raw material is considered by many experts as a national treasure, a scarce material accumulates previously spent investment and energy resources. The use of industrial waste in the production of building materials in many cases proved to be considerably cheaper than the development and exploitation of natural resources . This article shows the feasibility of using slag mixtures CHP Grozny, the results of studies showing that industrial waste can successfully replace natural resources, and in many cases on the quality indicators are unique raw material for the production of building materials. The results of experimental studies on the development of effective formulations using ultrafine ash microsphere fillers to produce high-quality concrete.

Contamination of the environment by heavy metals from enterprises producing phosphate fertilizers due to their presence in the phosphate raw, products and Waste of Production. Among the heavy metals in phosphate raw and manufactured mineral fertilizers significant amount occur on the strontium. Influence of production "Eurohim-BMF" on the content of total strontium and mobile forms in soils surrounding landscapes, in water bodies and plant products was studied. Studies were conducted on transects of up to 10 km and 500 m step. Content of strontium was determined method of atomic-absorbionnoy spectrometry, results were statistically processed. Zone of direct influence of the enterprise with excess of background values of content Sr in the soil, which have not reached the critical values was selected. Identifier accumulation of strontium served ratio Ca/Sr, which showed hygienic suitability of grain food crops and vegetable feed. Strontium contamination of surface waters has’t been identified. Production recommendations were made.
