The problem of establishing and operating structures of soil for planting in urban areas, land reclamation and cultivation of herbal products using the biopolymer materials of natural and synthetic origins is investigated. The materials of technological design of soil structures using the HYDRUS computer environment for simulation of soil by heat in physical systems are presented. sound of  Technological methods of  introduction biopolymer materials into the soil with the location at certain depths, which guarante an increase in moisture content, soil protection against salinization and pollution of water-soluble pollutants are scientifically grounded.Testing of structures in some foreign countries the Persian Gulf and Moscow confirmed their high efficiency with the possibility of increasing the productivity of plants in the 1.5 to 2 times with an adequate water savingand protection of the root zone of the water-soluble salts in natural or man-made salinization (contamination) and deficiency of precipitation.

The influence of organic-mineral compost on based manure cattle and phosphogypsum on the content organic matter of typical chernozem soil and maintenance of its reserves, and the relationship between the level of organic matter and content of physical clay in the soil are discussed. The lower limit of optimal content of organic matter on depends on the granulometric composition when making complex compost in the soil is determined.
