Organomineral composted fertilizers containing cattle manure and phosphogypsum facilitate aggregation formation in the rooting zone of soil, favour organic substances and nitrogen conservation, increase percentage of ammonia nitrogen, decrease its nitrification rates and in particular its denitrification rates, improve conditions for growth and development of agricultural crops, influence physical clay share, accelerate fertilizing elements accumulation, contribute to pollutants migration decrease in landscapes, favour water accumulation, water-stable aggregates preservation, make higher metathetical calcium and organic substances content,  decrease plow horizon density, make higher labile phosphorus, sulphates and metathetical calcium content in soil adsorption complex and cause its acidity decrease.

Peculiarities of principal agricultural crops development  (winter wheat, sugarbeet, grain maize) in the soil fertilized with organomineral composted fertilizer are analyzed. Positive influence of the complex composted fertilizer upon winter wheat roots development, shoots and their reproductive structure formation, yield and  grain quality within 4 years after application has been found out, as well as positive effect on sugarbeet storage roots, their marketable condition, their yield and sugar content. Peculiarities of maize root system development, formation of its reproductive organs are analyzed, positive influence of organomineral composted fertilizer upon grain maize productivity has been found out.

The results of pot trial aimed at studying influence of cattle manure mixed with phosphogypsum on soil’s chemical properties and winter wheat development are given. It has been found out that organomineral mixtures help improve chemical properties of soil, preserve organic matter and improve winter wheat productive capacity.

The problems of information gathering, its preparation for analysis and statistical processing of experimental data are discussed. As a basis technical methods of computer processing of pot trials and field experiments results with the help of MS EXCEL statistical analysis tool and STATISTICA, specialized application software package, are taken.  These software tools are the most procurable ones and it does not take much time to master them.

Under the influence of stress causing technogenic factors a leaf and other organs of plants get their anatomical structure changed, mostly they get xerophytized. This is systemic nonspecific reaction to stressBesides that, peculiarities of plants anatomy when grown with the use of organomineral composted fertilizers on the basis of industrial and domestic wastes are considered.

Results of colonization by vegetation of landfill substrate on one of the industrial and domestic landfills near Elizavetinskaya stanitsa are analyzed. The landfill was closed in 1991 without any serious technical reclamation. Biological reclamation was carried out in 1994-1998. Vegetation mantle is pattern, herbaceous ruderal plants and shrublike trees predominate.

Soil being the most important component of the biosphere in the contemporary world is characterized by technospheric processes with all their negative consequences. Transformation of natural soils which mostly produce plants, not always of high quality, damages many interrelations in the biosphere (leads to reduction of living organisms species diversity, to restriction of ecological niches, to simplification of trophic webs, etc.). Soils are being constantly contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides, oil, solid and liquid wastes and negatively influenced by other technogenic factors. In this article some ways of improving soils composition, structure and functioning like application of composted fertilizers. Composted fertilizers are complex systems and soil-like formations which occupy a certain place in soil mantle.
